Comment – Order head level

To renumber all basket lines, click the Renumber icon. You can specify the line number sequencing with Line number interval setting on the order type controls.

To add comments on order head level, click Comment above the list with basket lines. The Add Comment dialog box is then opened where you can add the comment.

To access all available text blocks in 'General Text. Open' (CRS950), click General Text. You cannot configure the columns shown in the list.

To access the entire text for a specific record, click +. When you select a record and click SUBMIT, that text is populated in the input box in the Add Comment dialog box. You can review and edit the text before you confirm it with the SUBMIT button. The Edit order panel is then opened and the comment is shown above the list showing the basket lines. The comment is added to the customer order head as a post-text when the checkout process is completed.
