Returns

This setting controls if the functionality for returns is active.

These options are available:

• No: Functionality for returns is disabled. This is the default option.
• Yes: Functionality for returns is enabled for customers with Customer Type = Contractor, and for orders with Payment Terms = Account in Infor Sales Hub. This option enables the display of the RETURN SELECTED button in the Order history panel. In addition, it enables the option to add items with a negative quantity to the order.
