If reason codes for audit are required, two new input fields with associated warning messages are shown.

You can browse and select reason codes by using look-ups available for the two Reason fields.

Any filtering rules for reason codes set up in M3 BE are applied. You can set the filtering rules in 'Reason Category. Connect Reason Codes' (CRS221) and 'Function. Connect Reason Category' (CRS222).
