Create new order

To start an order in Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget, click NEW ORDER. In input field 'Order Description', enter a customer number, customer name, car plate number, phone number or another reference found in the customer master file and press Enter or +. A search is made to match the input value to a customer in M3 Business Engine. If a single match is found, the customer name is displayed in the header of the widget, together with the order description entered. If no single match is found, only the order description is shown in the header of the widget.
