Offline

To the left of the order search bar is a colored dot that can be either green or red. A green dot indicates that Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget is online and can verify data with M3 Business Engine. A red dot indicates that Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget is offline, and items added are displayed with the text 'OFFLINE ITEM'. When Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget is online again (as indicated by the dot turning green) the items are automatically validated. If a match is found, the text 'OFFLINE ITEM' is replaced with the item description. If no match is found, the text is changed to 'ITEM NOT FOUND' and a pencil icon is displayed. This icon can be used to change the item.
