General functionality

When an item is added to the order in Infor Sales Hub and the item requires manual completion in M3 BE, the Manual completion required dialog box is displayed with an information message. Two buttons are available: LATER and CONTINUE.

If the user clicks CONTINUE the M3 BE panel where the manual completion is required is displayed. When the manual completion in M3 BE is finished, an order line is created in M3 BE, the dialogue is closed and the information is updated in Infor Sales Hub.

If you click LATER, the item is added to the basket and the manual completion must be triggered on the Edit Order panel in Infor Sales Hub. The checkout cannot be completed until all items that require manual completion are manually completed. If this is the case, the EDIT ORDER button is available the basket drop-down and not button CHECK OUT. On the Edit order panel, an additional icon is available for the lines that require manual completion to trigger manual completion. When this is done, the M3 BE panel where the manual completion is required is displayed. When the manual completion in M3 BE is finished, an order line is created in M3 BE, the dialog is closed and the information is updated in Infor Sales Hub.

The price guidance link, if applicable according to the CO Type, is available for manual completed items. This option does not open the price guidance functionality in Infor Sales Hub, instead 'Price Guidance. Display' (OIS337) is opened.
