Configure the order history list - Orders
You can configure the fields shown in the order history list in the M3 BE program 'Customer List MI. Open' (CMS015). The (CMS015) record defined in the List View field, in Order History Search subsection of the Search tab in Sales Hub Properties is used. Record Lst_SH_Orders is delivered as a part of the Sales Hub content package and is used by default, but it can be changed.
If you change the record in (CMS015), the change is effective a day later in Infor Sales Hub. That is because of the cache mechanism that is reset every night.
In Sales Hub Properties, you can edit and save the settings on any level. This action also resets the cache.
Note: Existing transactions are overwritten in the monthly maintenance.
Because of that, instead of changing the record, we recommend you to create a new record in
'Information Browser Category. Open' (CMS010) and (CMS015), and change the record name in Sales Hub Properties.
