Initial Checks
When Infor Sales Hub is started, several checks are performed to verify certain basic prerequisites. An error message is displayed in a dialog window if any of the checks fails.
The following error codes may be displayed:

| 403 | User is not authorized to run Infor Sales Hub |
| 503 | Infor Sales Hub is not running |

| CU001 | User ID must be entered. |
| CU002 | User xxx is not connected to any tenant. |
| CU003 | Check if M3 BE is running. |
| CU004 | Check if M3 BE is running. |
| CU005 | User xxx is not an M3 BE user. User must exist in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU006 | User xxx is NOT authorized to M3 BE organization and accounting entity. |
| CU007 | Company is not set for user xxx in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU008 | Division is not set for user xxx in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU009 | Facility is not set for user xxx in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU010 | Warehouse is not set for user xxx in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU011 | Decimal separator is not set for user xxx in 'M3 User. Open' (MNS150). |
| CU012 | Infor Sales Hub is not provisioned for tenant xxx. |
| CU013 | User xxx does not exist in the Infor Sales Hub database. |
| CU014 | User values are not in sync with M3 BE. |
| CU015 | Company xxx does not exist in the Infor Sales Hub database. |
| CU016 | Division xxx does not belong to Company yyy. |
| CU017 | Facility xxx does not belong to Division yyy. |
| CU018 | Warehouse xxx does not belong to Facility yyy. |
| CU019 | Infor Sales Hub is provisioned for tenant xxx, but is not in status ACTIVE. |
