Configure the deliveries list

You can configure the fields in the deliveries list in M3 BE program 'Customer List MI. Open' (CMS015). The (CMS015) record defined in Sales Hub Properties (List View - Header and List View - Lines fields in Search tab, subsection Deliveries) is used.

Records Lst_SH_deliver and Lst_SH_Dellines delivered as a part of the Infor Sales Hub content package are used by default.

If you change the record in (CMS015), the change is effective a day later in Infor Sales Hub. That is because of the cache mechanism that is reset every night.

In Sales Hub Properties, you can edit and save the settings on any level. This action also resets the cache.

Note: Existing transactions are overwritten in the monthly maintenance. Because of that, instead of changing the record, we recommend you to create a new record in 'Information Browser Category. Open' (CMS010) and (CMS015), and change the record name in Sales Hub Properties.
