Order history list - Orders

The Order History subtab displays previously finalized orders for a specific customer. The information is retrieved from M3 BE table OOHEAD, including all orders for the customer, not just those created in Infor Sales Hub. The list can be configured.

If you originally created the order in Sales Hub, you can resume it for further processing, but there are limitations on what information can be changed. To complete a resumed order, you must check it out again.

Hyperlinks to the M3 Business Engine are available for Order Number column in the search result list if you set up the proper link in Complete in M3 setting in Exits tab in Infor Sales Hub Properties. If you click the hyper link for an Order Number, it takes you to 'Customer Order. Open Toolbox' (OIS300).
