Counter - Side buyer process

The homepage has been redesigned. It no longer displays information for other customers.

The upper section includes an information area and a list of open orders and quotations. The lower section displays external content.

The Location option on the homepage filters based on the user's assigned warehouse and customer number.

The stock availability values for the Allocatable Net field in the assortment list and item search results are hidden and shown as green, orange, or red dots.

These are the functions not available to external users in customer sub tabs Order History, Quotations and Deliveries and in panel Confirmation:

• Links to navigate to M3 Business Engine:
  • Customer Order. Open Toolbox (OIS300)
  • Customer Order. Open Line Workbench (OIS302)
  • Delivery. Open Toolbox (MWS410)
• Create an address from the Addresses tab
• Resume an order from the Order History tab and the Orders mode.
• Tabs Cards and Contacts are hidden and disabled
• Set Commercial Terms, view locations, and view other warehouses in the Item Details section
• View charges and the order margin in the Order Summary section.
• Renumber order lines, set Commercial Terms, comment on the order line, edit the order line, and view order line charges in the Edit Order section.
• Set joint delivery, edit the fulfillment method, edit the order line, and view locations in the Shipping section.
• Resume an order and set Commercial Terms in the Confirmation section.

A new setting, Homepage - Content, is available in the Exits and Scripts tab in Sales Hub Properties to support the new functionality. You must publish content on the homepage.
