Install Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget

Install and run Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget with a browser

  1. Login to Infor OS
  2. Go to Homepages.
  3. Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  4. Click New Page, add a title and a description and click Create.
  5. Search for the widget Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget.
  6. Click the button + in the top right corner of the widget.

    A toaster message is shown, indicating the the widget is added to the page.

  7. Close the dialog. Click Save in the upper right hand corner.
  8. Open the widget to run Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget.

Install and run Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget with Infor Go app

  1. Download and install Infor Go App on your device:

    a. Infor Go App for Android via Play Store

    b. Infor Go App for IOS Build via App Store

  2. Open the Infor Go app. Click Settings.
  3. Click + to add server. A QR code scanner appears.

    How to find server:

    Login to Infor Go.

    Click the User menu icon in the top right corner. Select Apps & Authorization.

    In Desktop and Mobile Applications, find and click Infor Go Dev Android (for Android) or Infor Go Dev App (for iOS).

    Scan the QR Code.

    Test the connection. Click Save.

  4. Click Continue.
  5. Login to the Infor Go App using the same credentials as for Infor OS. Click Allow.
  6. Click Homepages.
  7. Click the Menu icon on the top left corner of the app. Under Widgets, choose Infor Sales Hub Inbox Widget.
