Handling of mixed orders in Quick Entry mode

If the order type used in Infor Sales Hub at order creation has the "Mixed order" parameter in 'CO Type. Open' (OIS010/G) set to 1-'On order as default' or 2-'Picked as default', the Picked check box is visible to the right in the upper blue header. The user can control if the check box is checked or unchecked by default. This is controlled by setting Properties > General > Quick Entry - Picked, but can be changed on the Quick Entry panel before adding a specific item to the basket. The information is retrieved using API OIS010MI.LstOrderTypes.

The delivery method that is used for the picked customer order line in M3 Business Engine is retrieved from "Delivery Method" field in ‘Shop. Open’ (OPS500/I), regardless of which delivery method the user has selected in Infor Sales Hub.
