Order history list

The Order History subtab displays previously finalized order lines for the specific customer. The information is retrieved from M3 BE table OOLINE, including all order lines for the customer, not just the ones created in Infor Sales Hub. The list is configurable.

Click the check box to the left in the list to select items to use in re-order scenarios. The check box is available for items on orders lines defined as "Normal order lines" (Line Type = 0). You can select several lines simultaneously and change the quantity. When at least one check box is selected, a new button ADD SELECTED is displayed. This button opens the Add Item to Order dialog box.

When you reorder items, the conditions are not copied from the selected order and order line. Instead, new conditions are applied.

Hyperlinks to M3 Business Engine are available for columns Order Number and Line Number in the search result list, if the proper link in Complete in M3 setting in Exits tab in Infor Sales Hub Properties is set up. The hyper link for Order Number takes the user to ‘Customer Order. Open Toolbox’ (OIS300) and the hyper link for Line Number takes the user to ‘Customer Order. Open Line Workbench’ (OIS302).

In the Add Item to Order dialog box, add the selected item(s) to a new order by clicking + START NEW ORDER. This option opens the New Order Details dialog box.

You can also add items to an open basket in Infor Sales Hub by finding the basket in the list of open orders in the dialog and clicking SUBMIT.
