Lost Sales

This setting controls if the functionality for lost sales is active.

These options are available:

• No: Functionality for lost sales is disabled. This is the default option.
• Yes: Functionality for lost sales is enabled. This option enables the display of additional fields in the Delete order dialog. These can be used to mark the deleted order as a lost sale along with a reason code.
