Shop or warehouse settings

These settings must be applied:

• A record for the shop or warehouse must be defined in 'M3 Shop. Open' (OPS500).
• One or several template customer numbers can be defined in the Templ Customer field in (OPS500/E). This template is used when customers are created in Infor Sales Hub. The functionality to create new customers in Infor Sales Hub is disabled if no template customers are set up.
  Note: Because of a limitation in the MI program used to create a new customer, the template customer number must contain a maximum of four characters.
• All the collaborating shops or warehouses must be defined in (OPS500/E)
  Note: To qualify as a collaborating shop or warehouse, a warehouse must be defined as a shop in (OPS500).
