Comment – Order line level

You can add comments on order line level by clicking Comment associated with a specific basket line. The Add Comment dialog box is opened where you can input a comment on the order line level.

The General Text button is available. This opens the General Text dialog that shows all available text blocks in 'General Text. Open' (CRS950). The columns shown in the list are not configurable.

You can click the + to show the entire text for a specific record. When a record is selected, and you click SUBMIT, that text is populated in the input box in the Add Comment dialog. The text can be reviewed and edited before submitting the text with the SUBMIT button. The Edit order panel is opened and the comment is shown on the same row as the associated basket line. The comment is added to the customer order line as a post-text when the checkout process is completed.
