Configure the item search result list

For the local search, you can configure the fields that are shown in the item search result view in Customer List MI. Open (CMS015). The (CMS015) record defined in Sales Hub Properties (List View field in Search tab, subsection Item Search- Extended Search) is used. By default, Lst_SH_Itemloc record delivered as a part of the Infor Sales Hub content package is used.

Note: Item Number (MBITNO), Warehouse (MBWHLO), Status (MBSTST), and Allocatable Net (V_AV01) are the mandatory fields in the list view defined. If some of these fields are missing, an error message is displayed and you cannot add items to the order.

For the extended search, you can configure the fields that are shown in the item search result view in (CMS015). The (CMS015) record defined in Sales Hub Properties (List View field in Search tab, subsection Item Search - Extended Search) is used. Lst_SH_Itemext record delivered as a part of the Infor Sales Hub content package is used by default.

Note: If you edit the default record, the edited changes will be overridden in the next monthly release. To avoid it, create a new list record with personalized configuration.

If you edit the record in (CMS015), the changes are applied in Infor Sales Hub the next day.
