Guided selling

You can integrate Configure Price Quote (CPQ) with Infor Sales Hub to be able to access it from the item search and use it for guided selling. The items selected in CPQ are transferred to Infor Sales Hub and added to the order as separate order lines.

If Guided selling is set to Yes, then these fields, which can be used to integrate CPQ with Infor Sales Hub, are displayed:

Button Label: Name of the button that is shown in the item search when Guided selling is active. Use this button to open CPQ.
URL: In the ION API endpoint, add a new API suite for CPQ.
Instance and Name: Mandatory input parameters for CPQ. Specify the tenant ID. This information is in CSP.
Namespace, Rulesets and Components: Attributes that are configured and maintained in the CPQ Workbench – Design Studio. Only one ruleset is required but you can use several rulesets. Those rulesets are then displayed, and the user is required to select one ruleset before the iFrame for Guided selling is displayed.
