Contact person
This setting controls if the functionality for contact person lookup is active.
These options are available:

No: Functionality for contact person lookup is disabled. This is the default option.

Yes: A lookup is enabled for Your Reference field in the dialog boxes New Order Details and Order Summary. Click the lookup to display a list with all the available contact persons for the selected customer. When a contact person is selected,Your Reference field is updated with the name of the contact person, and in the Documents dialog box, the email address of the contact person is set by default. If no contact person is selected, then the email address is taken from the customer master by default.
