Additional quotation information

When the order type selected is set up with "CO Category" = 4 (Quotation) in 'CO Type. Open' (OIS010), several new input fields are available in Additional Quotation Information section.

These input fields selected are used for the corresponding fields in M3 BE when the quotation is created:

• Quotation reason: A drop-down menu is available where you can select a value.

• Quotation Valid to Date: A date picker is available.

• Follow-Up Date 1: A date picker is available.

• Follow-Up Date 2: A date picker is available.

• Follow-Up Activity 1: A drop-down menu is available where you can select a value.

• Follow-Up Activity 2: A drop-down menu is available where you can select a value.

• User-Defined Field 1: A drop down menu is available where you can select a value.

• User-Defined Field 6: An input field where you can add an arbitrary string.
