Generate Frequently Sold Items

These settings are used to setup the data analysis to generate the item recommendations. This analysis use information from table Sales Statistics (OSBSTD) in M3 Business Engine. The starting time for the daily analysis run is set to 02.00 server time.

• From date: This setting is used to define the time interval for the data analysis. It indicates the start of the interval and the end date is always the current date. This parameter cannot be used together with setting “Days back to find relations”.

• Days Back to find relations: This setting is used to define the time interval for the data analysis. It indicates the starting date as the number of days prior to the current date. The end date is always the current date. This parameter cannot be used together with setting “From date”.
• Min item sold: This setting is used to remove rarely sold items from the data analysis by setting a lower boundary for the total number of sales for items to be considered candidates for recommendation.
• Min relations sold: This setting is used to remove items that are rarely sold together with a specific item from the data analysis by setting a lower boundary for the total number of times the items must be sold together to be considered a candidate for recommendation.
