Inbox orders

The list shows baskets that have been saved to inbox in Infor Sales Hub, submitted from M3 Sales Hub Inbox Widget or entered by other external applications through the M3 interface External Tickets (OPS210MI). The columns that are shown in the list are not configurable. Click the + button on a line to show additional information.

Click NEW ORDER button on a line to open the Start a New Order dialog box.

This message is then displayed: 'You are about to start a new order. Next step would be to search and select a customer'. Click CONTINUE to open the customer search and to use the reference as the default search query. You can change the search query, or create a new customer from a customer template. After selecting a customer, you can select information to be used on the customer order header in the New Order Details dialog box. When the order is created, the selected items are added to it.

Authorized users can delete an Inbox order. To delete an Inbox order, click the Trashcan icon. You can set the authority level in Infor Sales Hub properties.
