Available cash desk

If you use the CASH option, the Select Cash Desk drop-down menu is available. This menu shows all cash desks available in 'Cash Desk. Open' (OIS210) with at last one payment method. The information is retrieved with API OIS210MI.LstAuthCashDesk and then filtered, based on at least one payment method.
