The Print drop-down menu shows the printers that belongs to the users’ warehouse. This information is retrieved with API CRS290MI.LstPrtByWhs. If a printer is selected, that information is sent in to M3 BE.
Infor Sales Hub keeps track of the last used printer locally. This is not dependent of any settings in M3 BE. This means that the user only needs to selected a printer once and the choice is saved and only changes when the user selects another printer. This function only support documents that are printed directly with “Print Now”.
