Email address
Use this setting to control how the email address suggestion in
Document dialog box is retrieved.
These options are available if is enabled:
- From Contact Person and Customer: This is the default option.
- From Customer only: The email address is retrieved from the Customer Email address field. If the field is empty, then no email address is suggested.
- From Contact Person only: The email address is retrieved from the Contact Person Email address field. If the field is empty, then no email address is suggested.
- No suggestion is given: No email address is suggested.
If is disabled, then the two options including contact person are hidden, and From Customer only is the default option.
