Configure the customer search facets

The facets are configurable and set up in M3 BE in program 'Key Search. Open' (CMS030). The following CMS030 records are included as a part of the Infor Sales Hub content package:

• SHUB_CUST_FACET1 - Field CUCL (Customer group) in table OCUSMA
• SHUB_CUST_FACET2 - Field RESP (Responsible) in table OCUSMA

These records are also delivered as a default property in Sales Hub properties (Tab “Search”, section “Customer Search”, subsection “Facet Definitions”). New facets can be added by adding new records in CMS030 and in Sales Hub properties. It is also possible to remove the facets by removing them from Sales Hub properties.
