Event Analytics rules

Infor Sales Hub uses Event Analytics rules to trigger events from M3 Business Engine.

The Event Analytics rules are included in the Infor Sales Hub content package that is imported during installation. After importing theInfor Sales Hub content package, verify that the following Event Analytics content have been created:

  • Session SHUB_Customer, rule CEMAIL_DELETE_Customer
  • Session SHUB_Customer, rule CEMAIL_UPDATE_Customer
  • Session SHUB_Customer, rule OCUSMA_UPDATE_Customer
