On account payment

Click ON ACCOUNT PAYMENT to open the On account payment panel where it is possible to pay off the credit balance for the selected customer. The button is visible if the user is authorized to run a cash desk in 'Cash Desk. Connect Users' (OIS212) and the parameter "On account payment" in tab "General" in Infor Sales Hub properties is set.

The following input fields are available:

  • Cash desk: The available options in this menu are based on the cash desks the user is authorized to run in 'Cash Desk. Connect Users' (OIS212).
  • Payment method: The available options in this menu are based on the payment methods for the selected cash desk.
  • To pay: The default value is the outstanding invoiced amount (including order value not invoiced) for the customer, but can be changed.
  • Voucher text: An input field where an arbitrary string can be input.

Click SUBMIT to make the payment. The dialog is then closed, and you are navigated back the previous panel.
