Supplier Console List

Use this page to view the list of Request For Quotation (RFQ) lines. The information such as the manufacturer part number, status and the bid amount for the RFQ line is displayed. You can filter the data based on the values specified in the Search Criteria section.

To access this page, select RFQ > Console .

You can use this page to:

  • View the details related to an RFQ and perform an action on the Response page that is displayed, using the View option.
  • Directly modify the value in the Unit Price and Delivery Date fields.
    Note: The value in these fields can be modified only if the status of the bid is Open or Submitted.
  • Publish an RFQ, using the Publish Responses icon. You can also publish multiple RFQs by selecting the check box corresponding to the RFQ Number and using the Publish Responses Publish option.
  • View the documents attached to the RFQ line on the RFQ Response page that is displayed using theRFQ Attachments option.
  • View the previous actions performed on the RFQ, on the RFQ History page that is displayed using the RFQ History option.
