Free Text Requisitions

Use this page to create a requisition by manually specifying the information of items or services that are unavailable in the catalog. You can request the supplier(s) to deliver an item to a specific facility by providing details such as Supplier Name, Part ID, Quantity, UOM, and Price. After adding the items to the shopping cart, you can move items to the pick list or proceed with Express Checkout. Once submitted, a requisition is created, and a purchase order is generated when the requisition is approved by the approver.
