Specifying the customer information

Use the Customer page to define parameters for a customer profile. The parameters are enabled and can be modified only if the company is set as Primary Company.

  1. Select Setup > Implementation > Customer. The Setup Customer Profiles page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information on the Customer Information tab:
    Status
    Indicate the status of the customer profile. Possible values:
    • In Implementation
    • Production Ready
    • Test / Demo
    • Inactive
    Characteristic Set
    The characteristic set defined for the customer.
    Integrated Application
    The ERP that is integrated with Supplier Exchange.
    • Others
    • LN
    • M3
    • No integration
    Supplier Limit
    The number of suppliers that can be created for the customer profile.
  3. Select the check boxes to enable the corresponding functionalities.
    Note: 
    • The Enable Non-Conformance Reporting check box is enabled only if the Enable Supplier Auditing check box is selected.
    • The Enable Punchout check box is enabled only if the Enable Indirect Spend check box is selected.
    • The Enable EAM Integration check box is enabled only if the Enable Indirect Spend check box is selected.
  4. Select the application display language on the Language Selection tab.
  5. Click the Additional Settings tab.
  6. Specify this information in the EMC Information tab:
    Run Frequency
    The frequency in which the EMC events are updated.
    Hour Offsets
    The duration in which the next EMC event is processed. This is determined by including the additional frequency in the run frequency.
  7. Specify this information in the Security Preferences section:
    Password Expiration Days
    The number of days the password of a user profile is valid.
    Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
    Select this check box to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for suppliers.
    Passcode Length
    The length of the password.
    Passcode Time Limit (Minutes)
    The duration after which the passcode expires. The value is expressed in minutes.
    Enable Supplier Login Captcha
    Select this check box to enable CAPTCHA validation for suppliers to login.
  8. Specify this information in the Outbound Email Settings section:
    Email Id
    The email address of the customer to whom all the outbound emails generated by the application are sent.
    Use Logo Image in Email
    Select this check box to view the logo in the email body of the banner screen.
    Email Signature
    The signature to be displayed at the end of the email.
  9. Specify this information in the Supplier SSO section:
    Enable Supplier SSO
    Select this check box to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) for suppliers.

  10. Specify this information in the OTHERS section:
    Demand Filter Maximum Record Limit
    The maximum number of demands that can be displayed on the Releases page.
  11. Click Save.
