Adding or modifying a project element code

  1. Select Master Data Management > Project Code. The Project Code list page is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Project code details page is displayed, wherein you can specify the required information.
  3. Click Save. The Add option is enabled in the Project Code element list section.
  4. Click Add. The Project element code details page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing project element code using the View icon displayed on the Project Code details page.
  5. Specify this information
    Project Element
    The unique identification code of the project element.
    Description
    The description for the project element code.
  6. Select the Active check box to set the specified project element code as active.
  7. Click Save. The Add option is enabled in the Project Sub Element list section.
  8. Click Add. The Project Sub Element window is displayed, wherein you can specify the Project Sub Element information.
  9. Click Submit.
  10. Click Save.
