Adding or modifying a project code

  1. Select Master Data Management > Project Code. The Project Code list page is displayed.
  2. Click Add. The Project code details page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Project Code
    The unique identification code of the project.
    Description
    The description for the project code.
  4. Select the Active check box to set the project code as active.
  5. Select the Default check box to set the project code as the default project code for all the business processes.
    Note: This check box is displayed only when the Active check box is selected for the specified project.
  6. Click Save. The Add option is enabled in the Project Code list section.
  7. Click Add. The Project element code details page is displayed. See, Adding or modifying a project element code
  8. Click Save.
