Specifying the details related to disposition

  1. Select Defective Materials > View DMNs. The View Defective Material Notices search criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify the required information.
  3. Click Continue. The Defective Material Notices page is displayed.
  4. Click View corresponding to the DMN on the Open DMNs tab. The View DMN page is displayed.
  5. Click Edit on the Disposition tab. The Disposition page is displayed.
  6. Review the information in the Buyer Disposition section.
  7. Specify the information in the Supplier Disposition section.
    Code
    The defined code for the issue.
    Notes
    The description of the issue.
    Buyer Acceptance
    The buyer response.
  8. Click Save.
