Defining the search criteria for Parts Per Million Summary

Use the PPM Summary page to define the search criteria, to view the summary of the defective parts received by the customer during a specified period.

  1. Select Parts Per Million > PPM Summary. The PPM Summary Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Part Number
    The customer defined code of the part.
    Ship To
    The destination to which the parts are shipped.
    Rating
    The quality rating of the parts received. Possible values:
    • Unacceptable
    • At Risk
    • Acceptable
    • Good
    • Excellent
    Receipt Start Date
    The date from which the receipts generated are considered to identify the quantity of the defective parts per million (PPM).
    Receipt End Date
    The date up to which the receipts generated are considered to identify the quantity of the defective parts per million (PPM).
  3. Click Continue. The Parts Per Million Summary page is displayed.
