Creating or modifying the DPR Reason Code

Use this page to create or modify the Delivery Performance Review (DPR) reason code.

  1. Select Delivery Performance > Set Up Reason Codes.
  2. Select a value in the Facility field.
  3. Click Submit. The Reason Code list page is displayed
  4. Click Add in the Code List section. To modify an existing reason code, click Edit corresponding to the code in the Code List section. The Reason Code page is displayed.
  5. Specify or modify this information:
    Code
    The code to indicate the reason for the delivery issue.
    Reason
    The description of the reason code.
    Demerits

    The number of points for the delivery issue.

  6. Click Save. The Reason Code list page is displayed.
