Delivery performance reviews

Delivery performance reviews (DPRs) are evaluations based on which the supplier performance related to the delivery of products, as per the contract agreement, is assessed. DPR assesses on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, condition of the received goods, and customer satisfaction.
