Document management

The Document Management functionality enables you to upload and manage the versions of the documents. The customer can require you to respond (view or accept) to the documents uploaded by the customer within the specified Respond by date.

You can upload the documents and set the validity of the document. You can also review the documents that are expired and yet to be expired.

The document management functionality is integrated with the application. You can configure the document management alerts on the Alert Configuration page to receive the notifications. You can also select the document management events, on the EMC Configuration page, that must be displayed on the Event Management Console.
