Supplier performance
The supplier performance functionality allows you and your customer to identify the areas for process improvement. The supplier performance is evaluated over a period, based on the metrics (categories) and tests defined by the customer.
After the customer publishes the supplier performance report, you can view the performance rating and other data, including parts, demand combinations, ship from and ship to locations linked to the transactions with the customer.
