Defining the search criteria for Part Shipping History
Use Shipping History page to specify the search criteria for the part shipping history data to be displayed on the Shipping History list page.
- Select Shipments > Shipping History. The Shipping History Search Criteria page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Facility
- The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
- Ship To
- The location to which the parts are shipped.
- Delivery Name
- The location to which the parts are shipped.
- Part
- The options based on which you can specify the parts. Possible
values::
- List Parts: You can select the code of the part in the Part List field.
- Select Parts. You can specify the range of parts in the Part Start and Part End fields that must be displayed in the Part List field.
Note: All the parts are considered in the search criteria, if this field is set to Please Select an Option. - Part List
- The list of parts. The parts are displayed based on the value set in the Part field.
- Part Start
- The code of the part from which the parts must be displayed in the
Part List field.
Note: This field is displayed only if the Part field is set to Select Parts.
- Part End
- The code of the part up to which the parts must be
displayed in the
Part List field..
Note: This field is displayed only if the Part field is set to Select Parts.
- Purchase Order Number
- The purchase order number related to the Part.
- Pull Signal
- The pull signal related to the Part.
- Model Year
- The code of the part that indicates the year when the Part is used.
- Engineering Change Level
- The engineering change level of the Part.
- Ship Date From/Ship Date To
- The date range for the search criteria. Shippers created in the specified period are displayed.
- Click Continue. The part Shipping History list page is displayed.
