Advance Ship Notices
Use this page to view the details of the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) such as the shipper number, facility and purchase order number.
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the ASN page.
This information is displayed in the ASN History section:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
| Delivery Name | The location to which the parts are delivered. |
| Ship From | The location from where the parts are shipped. |
| Shipper Number | The code of the shipper. |
| Ship Date | The date and time when the shipment is sent. |
| Publish Date | The date and time when the shipper is published. |
| Purchase Order No | The purchase order number associated with the requirement. |
| ASN No | The number of the ASN sent to the customer. |
You can use this page to:
- Review details of the ASN using the option. The ASN detail page is displayed.
- Print the shipping
documents for the ASN using
. The
Select Document Type details page is displayed.
- Review the ASN history details using the option corresponding to the ASN. The Advance Ship Notice History details page is displayed.
- Cancel the published ASN using the option. The Cancel ASN details page is displayed.
- Resend an ASN using the option. The ASN Send page displayed.
- Review the receipt related to the ASN using the receipt option corresponding to the ASN. The Receipts page is displayed.
