Setting up security questions

Use this page to setup security questions. When you want to reset the forgotten password, click the Forgot Username or Password link on the login page.

In the event that you forget your password for Supplier Exchange, click the Forgot Password link on the Login page. Provide a valid email address and answer the question previously answered on the Security Questions page. An email is sent to the email address provided.

  1. Select Preferences > Security Questions. The Security Questions page is displayed.
  2. Select a check box corresponding to each question that you prefer to answer. An unchecked question cannot be answered.
  3. Specify an answer for each questions.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Submit.
    The questions are now be available that are answered in the event of forgetting your password.
