Defining the search criteria for Advance Ship Notices

Use the ASNs page to specify the search criteria for the Advance Ship Notices (ASN) that are displayed on the ASN History page.

  1. Select Shipments > View ASNs. The ASN search criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Ship To
    The location to which the parts are shipped.
    Note: You must select the DropShipTo value in this field in case the shipment is delivered at an address other than the specified Ship To addresses.
    Deliver Name
    The location to which the parts are delivered.
    Ship From
    The location from where the parts are shipped.
    Purchase Order Number
    The location from where the parts are shipped.
    ASN No.
    The Advance Ship Notice (ASN) number.
    Note: You can also search for a specific Advanced shipping notice with the Shipper number.
    Publish Start Date
    The date from which the ASNs published are displayed.
    Publish End Date
    The date up to which the ASNs published are displayed.
  3. Click Continue. The ASN History page is displayed.
