Receipts
The receipts functionality allows you to view the receipt history for the parts shipped to date. You can view the receipt corresponding to the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) sent to the customer.
Receiving History
The receiving history provides a detailed information of the parts for which the customer has published the receipts. The information such as the total received quantity against the total shipped quantity and the number of receipts with discrepancies, is displayed on the Receiving History page.
Return Material Authorization
Return Material Authorisation(RMA) is used to return a part for which a refund, replacement or repair is requested. You can review the (RMA) published by the customer using the RMA List page.
The receipts functionality is integrated with the application. You can configure the receipt alerts on the Alert Configuration page to receive the notifications. You can also select the receipt events, on the EMC Configuration page, that must be displayed on the Event Management Console.
