Parts Per Million Summary
Use this page to view the summary of the defective parts received by the customer.
This page is displayed based on the value specified on the PPM Summary Search Criteria Page:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Part Number | The customer defined code of the part. |
| Facility | The name of the location that issues the demand. The parts are sent to this location. |
| Ship To | The destination to which the parts are shipped. |
| Total Received | The total quantity of the parts shipped, based on the receipt data. Click the number, to view the Receiving History page. |
| Defects | The total number of defective parts identified by the customer. Click the number, to view the Defect History page. |
| PPM | The number of defective parts per million. |
| Rating | The rating assigned to the part. |
You can also use this page to:
- View the receiving history for the part. Click the number in the Total Received. The Receiving History page is displayed.
- View the details of the defective parts. Click the number in the Defects. The Defect History page is displayed.
