Premium Freight Authorizations
Use this page to view the Premium Freight Authorizations (PFA) published by the customer. The PFA details such as the required date, quantity and the AETC number are displayed.
This information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View Premium Freight Search Criteria page:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
| Part | The customer defined code of the part. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the part to be shipped, based on the PFA. |
| Required Date | The date on which the parts are required. |
| AETC No. | The code assigned to the shipment indicates that the excess cost is approved by the customer. |
| Expeditor | The name of the user (planner) who creates the PFA. |
| Estimated Cost | The estimated cost of the expedited shipment as calculated and provided by the customer. |
You can use the option corresponding to the Facility to view the PFA details. The Authorization Details page is displayed.
