Working with multiple customers

Supplier Exchange enables you to communicate with multiple customers and access all your customers' information using only one login ID and password. For this, the administrator must specify the same Login ID, Password, and DUNS when registering with each of your customers.

Switching customers

When you log in to the application, the information for the default customer, is displayed. To switch to another customer, select the customer from the list at the top of the Event Management Console (EMC) Overview page.
