Managing the Surveys
The Survey List page enables you to manage the list of surveys that is
sent by a customer. You can review the data such as the name of the survey, description,
survey version, status of the survey, the date on which the survey response has been saved and
the submission date of the survey.
Note: You can search for a specific survey using the
Search for Surveys field.
You can use these options on the page: You can perform these actions on this page:
- Click to view a submitted and evaluated survey.
- Click for responding to the survey question and submit the survey for evaluation.
