Releases Past Due
Use this page to review the releases for which the current date has exceeded the Requirement Date and the corresponding shipper is not published. The information such as the required quantity, requirement date and the frequency, is displayed.
To access this page, click the Releases Past Due tile on the Releases tab that is displayed on the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Ship From | The location from where the parts are shipped. |
| Customer Part | The customer defined code of the part. |
| Quantity | The quantity of the part required. |
| Requirement Date | The date on which the parts must be delivered. |
| Based | Indicates whether the Requirement Date is the date on which the parts must be shipped, or the date when the parts must be delivered, based on the Ship Delivery code specified on the Schedule page. |
| Frequency | The time interval when the part is required.
Possible values:

| RAN | The customer defined code associated with the requirement. For example, for example, Receipt Authorization Number (RAN), Delivery Order Number (DON) or Kanban. |

- View the details of the release using the option corresponding to the release. The Schedule page is displayed.
- View the contact information of the supplier using the option corresponding to the release. The Contact Information page is displayed.
